Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All tour bookings and reservations are considered final and 100% non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation by the customer, 100% of the total value of the purchase amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. This includes but is not limited to, cancellations due to illness, personal emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have chosen the correct tour package, date, and time before making a booking. It is recommended that the customer purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations or interruptions.
- If the company cancels a tour for any reason, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the booking value. By making a booking with the company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these cancellation terms and conditions.
